Atlanta based industry leader seeks seasoned Business Analyst for a Technical Application Support role. You will need to have extensive analysis skills and advanced business acumen. In this role you will perform triage for incoming support tickets, as routed from 2nd-level helpdesks then report back to executive management on resolution status of the most critical outstanding issues. You will pro-actively monitor critical Web applications and provide real-time application support to eliminate or avoid customer impact. In addition you will troubleshoot, diagnose and route problems with outages for applications in production, work with development team partners to ensure appropriate deliverables are provided to successfully support applications as well as coordinate and work directly with Technical Operations to provide oversight, guidance and assistance thru problem resolution. Experience working at large companies a plus as is previous experience working on large enterprise wide Java / SQL based web portal applications. Immediate need. Required Experience
