As a Performance Improvement Coordinator your role uses performance improvement and quality management skills and knowledge to facilitate teams, collect and analyze data, prepare reports, present data, provide performance improvement education and act as a consultant for clinical team projects. Position interacts with all Gwinnett Hospital System departments, and coordinates focused professional practice evaluations just to name a few. POSITION ELIGIBLE FOR REFERRAL

Requires State of Georgia Registered Nurse licensure. Bachelor degree in nursing or equivalent other field with experience of at least five (5) years in varied clinical expertise, preferred of PI principles and philosophy and methodology.
Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and Access Databases
