This position is located in Jasper North Georgia Mountains 60 miles from Atlanta.

The ideal candidate with have skills in training and orienting new staff to coordinate the assembly of patient meals during the tray assembly process; checking all meals for accuracy; ensuring the timely delivery of meal carts to the nursing unit. Monitoring other team members to ensure an even workflow.

Minimum Qualifications: High school education or GED equivalent. Two years of supervisor responsibilities experience in nutritional services in acute care or healthcare setting.& Has the ability to focus on accuracy and efficiency. Has the ability to work independently in an accurate and timely manner. Tray assembly organizational skills. Must have strong analytical and communication skills. Restaurant experience is helpful. Has the ability to read, write and carry out oral and written instructions. Computer knowledge preferred.
