This position is located in Jasper North Georgia Mountains 60 miles from Atlanta.

The LPN provides professional nursing care for assigned patients. This nurse works under the direct supervision of an RN to collaborate in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The LPN is responsible for maintaining the standards of practice; complying with established policy and procedure; managing supplies and equipment; and promoting collaboration with medical and other staff. The LPN will participate in supporting the facility's mission statement, achieving customer satisfaction, and identifying system problems as opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited vocational or technical school of nursing. Current Georgia licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Demonstrated proficiency in skills applicable to medical-surgical nursing. Current BCLS certification. Two years recent clinical experience in area of specialty or similar.
