Management: Nicole Spracale, SPHR

Nicole Spracale, SPHR has been intimately involved with Jobing.com since its inception in 1999! As one of the first clients of Jobing.com, and as a former human resources service provider to the organization, she joined the team officially in 2002. Nicole has more than fifteen years of experience in the human resources profession and in retail operations and management. Her background includes experience with industry leaders including Kinko's, Banana Republic, The Limited Group, and Levi's Strauss, Inc.

In her current role as Senior Vice President/Assistant to the CEO, she oversees a number of projects and initiatives including corporate development, strategic planning, and employee & managerial development. Nicole is also responsible for the oversight of people function within Jobing, including JobingUniversity. JobingU starts off all employees with an 11-day training program and then supports on-going learning through an online portal, extensive executive education partnerships, and our internal Leadership Development Program.

She holds various advanced degrees and has begun pursuing her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. In addition, she is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute. She earned her Coaching Certification from Babson College, and has attended the Kellogg Graduate School of Management for executive education, focusing coursework on sales force performance, negotiation and integrated marketing communications. She has also attended the Advanced Human Resource Executive Programs at Stanford University and the University of California, Los Angeles.

Nicole's passion for the human resources profession is evidenced by her extensive volunteer leadership roles within SHRM. In addition to being a current member of SHRM, SMA and AZHREF, she is the past publicity director and past president for a local Arizona chapter, past programs chair for the AZ SHRM State Conference, and served 3 terms as the AZ SHRM State Council Diversity Director. Nicole is a frequently requested session and key note speaker across the country, speaking for groups such as the Arizona IPMA, California Staffing Association, SHRM of Greater Tucson, and the EMA of Greater Los Angeles, among others.
