Why should I join the Georgia Nurses Association?
As a Registered Nurse, you are constantly aware of the critical role of patient advocacy in your practice, particularly in today’s chaotic health care environment. Membership in GNA is a tri-level membership. That means you have the opportunity to interact directly with your peers through Chapters or online Communities of Practice (CoP); to become involved as leadership at the state level; and to be involved at the national level through the American Nurses Association. Through GNA, you become part of 2.2 million Registered Nurses nationwide who speak with one voice to foster high standards of nursing practice, speak up on workplace advocacy issues, project a realistic view of nursing to the community, and lobby elected officials and regulatory agencies at the state and national levels on health care issues affecting the profession and the public. You have two options: ONLINE: You will be redirected to ANA’s secured online membership application page. Fill out the form, enter your credit card information and submit it electronically via secure server. If you register online, your registration will be processed and sent to the American Nurses Association. (Sorry, only Visa or MasterCard orders accepted online. Payment by check must be submitted via regular mail.) For FULL MEMBERSHIP, CLICK HERE For State Only Membership (GNA), CLICK HERE
