Job: Recruiter

Our goal is to help individuals find employment or create self employment. Our Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are providing individuals with employment opportunities.

Primary Objectives of the Recruiter:

•Develop and execute recruiting plans.
•Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
•Coordinate and implement different recruiting initiatives.
