Trainer Position

Summary: Responsible for providing training for new hires (education advisors) to include, motivating, coaching, training and problem solving.

Primary Function:
• The effective development of the education advisor, including coordination and presentation of development programs for all new employees.
• Assess developmental needs to drive training initiatives.
• Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
• Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• Researches, plans, organize, and conduct training programs, for education advisor personnel.
• Writes material for training programs; reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs; recommends appropriate changes.
• 5. Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids;
• Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the

Call Centers.
• Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
• Report on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
• Be available for employees that experience work problems providing appropriate coaching, counseling, direction and resolution.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Supervise Call Center employees in a training environment.
• Responsible for the overall directions, coordination, and evaluation.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the training department procedures.

• Previous training and product experience or one year related training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
• Ability to provide and support a vision and direction
