EVS Floor Tech. HS graduate or GED preferred. Follows oral and written instructions, communicates effectively and must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Responsible for maintaining high level of cleanliness in in-patient and out-patient areas throughout the Hospital. Maintains equipment. Adheres to chemical usage procedures. Maintains adequate supplies. Strips and refinishes floors. Shampoos and extracts carpets. Maintains in-patient/out-patient tile floors. Practices universal precautions. Maintains clean storage and janitors closets.
