Jobing Description

Visonex is looking for an experienced Interface Applications Developer who can design and implement windows interfaces and web services using C# and SQL Server 2005/2008.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain windows interfaces and web services using C# and WCF.

Design, develop, and maintain database's tables using TSQL and SQL Server 2005/2008.

Create Unit Test and Regression Tests on code.

Identify and estimate work-load from project specifications in English.

Report work progress on a daily basis in English.

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications

Proficiency in Visual Studio .NET, C#, and WCF.

Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008 and T-SQL.

Experience in Web, JavaScript, and ASP.NET programming.

Experience with unit testing with both C# and TSQL.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desired Skills

Experience with health information technology and other standards such as HL7, IHE, HITSP, CCD, XACML, etc.

Familiarity with Microsoft Virtual Machines.

Experience with serial and TCP/IP communications.

Multi-Threads/Multi-Tasking software design and performance testing.

Communicate PC to PC via TCP/IP, Windows Client/Server Sockets, FTP, and RS-232.

Experience with Visual Studio Team Foundation System.

Knowledge or experience working with HHS, CMS or Medicaid programs.

An understanding of HIPAA, identity management, auditing, and access control.

Education and Experience

Four year undergraduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or proven equivalent work experience.

Familiarity with Microsoft Virtual Machines and experience with Visual Studio Team Foundation System and C# MCPD a plus.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for up to eight hours. Manual dexterity which allows the individual to use hands to type on a keyboard, use a mouse and write are required, as is the ability to talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
