This position can be in Atlanta, Bothell, or Plano.

This challenging opportunity on the att.com team will drive email strategy for marketing, servicing and transactional emails. & nbsp;This role will determine and drive the strategy for functions such as email capture and maintenance, email delivery, customer life cycle management and implementation of email best practices. This position will shape the email strategy for an integrated consumer experience across wireline, wireless and Uverse lines of business.
This position will require that the candidate be knowledgeable in email marketing, email best practices, CAN-SPAM compliance and is familiar with email operational functions. Experience with email address database management, email service problems, email campaign analysis and email campaign testing would also be beneficial.
This position will work directly with other att.com, Marketing, and IT team members. This position will interface with teams outside of att.com including Marketing, Customer Support, and IT. Position also requires strong analytical skills as well as strong verbal and written communications.

3 - 5+ years of email related experience required.
Must have solid communication skills, both verbal and written. Also, an ability to prepare concise PowerPoint presentations that are suitable for consumption by senior leadership
