Responsibilities:
1. Leading the production technician team in PackRoom area for the functions associated with the construction of Surgical Procedure Trays (SPTs). 2. Responsible for assuring maximum customer service to the hospital units by verifying proper pick, pack and ship methods, and prompt delivery of products.3. Assists Operations Manager of PackRoom, LLC in planning PackRoom strategies and tactical efforts to be performed in the PackRoom area.4. Assists Operations Manager in evaluating the job performance of the PackRoom technicians, both individually and as a team.5. Assists Operations Manager in designing and documenting PackRoom function processes and implementing required training and procedures.6. Responsible for all PackRoom assets belonging to DCI/PackRoom.7. Will work in a project management/production environment, and must have the ability to perform assigned tasks consistently.8. Document Control: should be proficient and accurate in paperwork as it relates to quality control systems, compliance regulations, and good documentation practices including legible hand writing and basic math skills.9. Assures accuracy by creating and maintaining a team approach to provide a process of integrity.10. Performs other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of DeKalb Medical.

High School graduate with two years in a warehouse lead or supervisory role.
