Position Title: LEAD ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER
Requisition Number: 170725 Functional Area: eCommerce Location: ATLANTA, GA LEAD ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER (170725) This exciting opportunity on the att.com wireless marketing and sales team reports to the manager of wireless cross sell and upsell and is responsible for projects and programs designed to market and sell wireless to existing AT&T customers. Projects will include website enhancements and merchandising page improvements designed to create and improve sales to the customer base. This person will play a key role in defining the business requirements and representing the business case for enhancements which will enable the creation of a new profile database and targeting capability. The programs this marketing manager will be responsible for are daily marketing to existing customers with offers, landing pages, tiles, marquees, pricing, promotions and e-mail. This manager will be responsible for improving key business metrics such as conversion, gross orders/sales, customer satisfaction, feature revenue and churn for those customers acquired using projects and programs described above. This person will work directly with Marketing team members from other businesses within att.com as well as national marketing representatives. Daily tasks will require working with catalog, creative, project management, development, QA and supply chain resources. Skills / Requirements
3+ years of internet marketing experience required. Must have a thorough understanding of modern web technologies and concepts including: social networking, collaborative filtering, recommendation engines, personalization, profiling, customer segmentation, search engine marketing, multivariate testing and conversion optimization.
Specific experience writing business requirements and business cases for e-commerce applications required. Experience with internet merchandising tasks including: pricing, inventory management, banner advertisement and landing page creation required. Bachelor or advanced marketing degree preferred. Wireless industry experience preferred. Highly analytical thinker needed with significant experience performing complex analysis using advanced MS Excel. Solid communication and presentation skills needed. Ability to prepare concise powerpoint presentations suitable for consumption by senior leadership. A portfolio of completed marketing web pages which are viewable on the internet today a plus. Familiarity with ATG Merchandising and Teamsite content management workflows a plus.
