Position Title: Lead Online Marketing Manager - Lead Gen/Social Media
Requisition Number: 182823 Functional Area: eCommerce Location: ATLANTA, GA Seeking an enterprising and enthusiastic person who is an entrepreneur at heart, but is savvy in a corporate environment. Someone who is looking for a job that allows them to be innovative, thrive on variety and can take advantage of their broad marketing skills. The ideal candidate will understand traditional brand marketing, public relations, and digital marketing, and how social tools like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube can support and enhance lead generation campaigns. This person will focus on growing lead generation by leading the growth of alternate digital media channels such as Social Media Marketing, Content Syndication, Widgets and other applications based marketing methods while forging partnerships with external and internal teams on existing advertising programs. Job Description Concentrate on developing new opportunities in underdeveloped tactics especially in the social media space for lead generation, finding opportunities for acquisition and to cross sell and up sell existing customer base online Build a marketing business plan that incorporates testing, meets financial commitments and ties to the online marketing targets Oversee the development, execution and optimization of lead generation programs for online customer acquisition from concept through back end analysis optimizing to conversion and meeting ROI requirements continually analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage traditional lead generation and new social media outlets Oversee creative and IT processes involved with launching new lead generation programs working closely with both internal and external teams and vendors Read out on marketing plans and results to leadership with analysis, trending and optimization recommendations Skills / Requirements
Job Qualifications
3-5+ years' e-commerce and online marketing experience with demonstrated knowledge of online marketing tactics, creative development and campaign optimization driving to ROI metrics * * Passion and demonstrated ability for using social media -- a power user of Web 2.0 tools including Twitter, blogs, widgets, YouTube, RSS, social bookmarking, etc Proven track record of hands-on experience managing online acquisition or lead generation campaigns and delivery, either in client or agency role Understanding of search and it's impact on social media content Strong grasp of digital media opportunities, especially in social media/social networking strategies Ability to articulate and champion online marketing best practices and standards Exceptional project management skills and exacting attention to detail is essential Embrace an ever changing environment while simultaneously balancing multiple projects and able to switch priorities and focus as needed Experienced in marketing research and testing Passion for data and metrics with ability to strategically interpret data to develop recommendations and deliver on investments Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer business, competitive/business environment and consumer behavior Collaborative and team- oriented with exceptional organizational, written and oral communication skills Self motivated, self starter with passion with the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group Ability to effectively network and leverage internal and external resources Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related This job posting is no longer available on Jobing.com.
