Overview:
Serves as first point of contact for hardware/software end user support for the Physician Practice division. Essential Functions: Primarily responsible for first call resolution of IT issues.Demonstrates and exercises decision making abilities in investigating/resolving problems.Facilitates resolutions for open issues or escalates to managementMust have working knowledge of the NextGen systemMaintains log of help desk calls and resolution

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or 4+ years of relevant experience. Experience working with the NextGen system.
