Maintaining and repairing all central plant, HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

High school diploma or GED required and a minimum of 2 years experience in a related field. Experience must include hands-on practical knowledge of boilers, chillers, commercial air handling equipment, pumps, air compressors, pneumatic controls, DDC controls, refrigeration equipment and building energy management systems. Must possess a 4th class power engineers license as well as a universal refrigeration certificate.
