Lead a Cutting Edge Technology Organization!

Well established and fast growing interactive agency is looking for a Technology Leader to lead a technology organization that provides cutting edge technology implementations to its clients. The position will manage technology teams working in diverse technology stacks and spread across 4 different offices including the offshore operations. The role will align the technology organization with the strategic direction of the company while maintaining focus on operational delivery of projects. Lead a team of Developers, Architects and Managers. Act as the Lead Technology Representative on business development opportunities. Evaluate technical viability of ideas/concepts brainstormed by the creative team. Develop time estimates and resource requirements for technology components of proposals and SOWs. Evaluate, implement, review, and manage processes. Manage all technology development activities to ensure that robust and scalable quality products are delivered on time and on budget. Manage internal R&D programs including guiding the development roadmap of the interactive agencys game server platform. Develop partner relationships with external technology services providers (contractors and other technology services firms) to develop a deep bench of technical resources. Manage the internal IT department. Background in the field of Digital Media and / or extensive e-Commerce experience is a MUST! Excellent corporate culture and business casual environment.

Required Experience
* Minimum of 12 years programming/information technology experience
* Minimum of 4 years management experience managing onshore and offshore technology teams
* Experience managing department budgets
* Project management experience
* Successful track record in leading development teams using the following technologies: Databases (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, UNIX - BSD)
* Web Programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C++, Visual Basic - VBA, Microsoft .NET, Java, PHP, Perl)
* Content management systems and application servers, CRM systems and loyalty platforms
* Background in the field of Digital Media and / or extensive e-Commerce experience is a MUST
