Have you worked with Sales Organizations to improve their efficiency and effectiveness? Do you have experience working with technology to measure improvements? A Leading company in Gwinnett County is looking for a Manager of Sales Performance. You will be working with the sales team in developing, enhancing, and deploying sales management processes. Some of the areas of interest are Sales growth, account retention, pricing and improvement. You will be utilizing the newest Business Intelligence tools like Microstrategy. You will need to have experience with performance management processes around compensation, enhanced productivity, and the implementation of sales strategies through training, measurement, and review.
