Industry leader is seeking an Organizational Change Management. This position participates in assessing and augmenting the organization's readiness to adopt a new technology and new business process for various IT implementations. This position also maintains an objective view of the overall project health and remains committed to ensuring the human success of projects both internally and externally to the project team. Responsibilities will include: managing deliverables; maintaining OCM plans, participating in requirements definition sessions, creating OCM plans and schedules, and documenting lessons learned at the end of the engagement. Required skills: must have excellent Organizational Change Management knowledge and experience, should have significant experience in Fortune 500 organization(s), must have worked on at least 4 IT or reengineering projects for the full life cycle, and must have an intermediate level of experience with all MS Office products (MS Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio). Required Experience
* Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, with emphasis on Organizational Change Management (OCM) OR equivalent work experience * Minimum 5 years in Fortune 500 organizations * Worked on at least 2 IT or reengineering projects for the full life cycle * Ability to get buy-in from a company with a decentralized organizational structure * Experience in developing knowledge around specific business areas and how OCM can contribute to successful IT initiatives in those areas to solve business problems * Ability to identify and understand problems/issues as they relate to organizational readiness and develop OCM solutions, based on best practices * Ability to manage and mitigate resistance from stakeholders and internal project team members, throughout the project life cycle * Ability to work closely with and under the direction of a lead person (e.g., Project Manager and Functional Manager), but must also possess leadership skills * Proven ability to meet project deadlines * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Minimum intermediate level with all MS Office products (MS Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint , and Visio) Required Skills * Change Management * PowerPoint * Visio * Outlook * Word * Process Analysis * Gap Analysis * Preferred skills include: Human Resource Please Note: Your resume will never be submitted to a client company without your prior knowledge and consent to do so.
