Design and Implement Complex Technology Solutions Nationwide!

Fantastic and dynamic opportunity for a Senior Solutions Architect to work with external clients in developing and implementing call center solutions to support clients business requirements. As a Solutions Architect, you will wok on the project's complete life cycle, following approved life cycle methodologies, including requirements gathering, system design, development, QA, load testing, production, and deployment. You will handle project requirements, design and documentation of application architecture, features and realization for complex projects. Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the advanced concepts, practices and procedures required to implement company products in complex customer environments. Provide technical guidance and leadership to other members of the team. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Considered to be a top-level contributor/specialist. The Solutions Architect will provide intermediate to senior-level pre-sales assistance as required. This position calls for an average of 75% of the time (usually Monday through Thursday) to client sites in North America. International travel is available, if interested, but not required.

Required Experience
* Proven track record of technical leadership and architecture design on projects
* 5+ years of Java development experience or 3+ years of C# development experience
* Experience with standard Web and Web Service development and deployment practices
* Experience with J2EE Middleware (BEA WebLogic and IBM WebSphere), design and development within a J2EE framework
* Prior experience within the .NET environment design and development
* Experience with scalability planning, load testing, failover and disaster recovery in a J2EE environment
* Full life cycle development experience, design/development/testing
* Ability to accurately perform and document detailed project analysis and estimations
* Call center experience is a big plus
* Big 4 experience would also be a huge plus
