Technical Support (.NET and SQL Server) Engineer!

Leading provider of cutting-edge technology is looking for a top notch Technical Support Engineer! We are looking for an A+ player with a successful track record of solving complex technical issues in complex distributed environments. You will have customer interaction and support responsibilities, so customer service attitude and excellent communication skills are as important as technical skills. The position requires top notch technical skills in Windows 2003 Server, IIS, SQL Server 2005, SQL and experience troubleshooting and/or developing .NET-based Windows and Web applications in distributed environments. Any OO development experience is a definite plus and a 4-year degree is required. Buckhead location with excellent benefits and sharp peer group!

Required Experience
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* Experience troubleshooting applications built on IIS and the Microsoft.NET Framework
* Experience troubleshooting and/or developing complex distributed systems
* Experience troubleshooting and/or developing Windows and Web applications, Windows Services, and Web Services
* Experience directly supporting end-users of commercial off the shelf software
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 deployments, databases, tools and the Structured Query Language
* Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, MS Visio, MS Project
* Desirable experience and skills
* Knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework
* Technical training background
* Experience with Active Directory and Windows security
* Developed software toolkit to assist with troubleshooting
* Experience with the following Programming/Scripting Languages: C#, Perl, and Python, SQL
* Media players
* High availability storage
