Web Design - Banner Ads, Websites, Landing Pages, Emails!

Be responsible for all design of Websites, banner ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and various other Web-based projects. Work extensively with the Marketing and Web Teams developing new features and maintaining/updating current pages. Design and implement Web page templates and landing pages, ad banners and interactive Flash presentations. Responsibilities will be more on the front-end of the Website and campaign development, then handing off to a Web Developer to cut up and develop the site. Develop clean sites, Web 2.0 type look that are W3C-compliant and that perform well in cross browser environment. Work with Content Management System (CMS) - most likely Joomla.

Required Experience
* 3+ years of Web design - strong with graphics and visual/interface design
* Strong demonstrated HTML and CSS layout experience with sites that are W3C-compliant
* Good Photoshop and Flash experience - might flex on Flash experience
* Solid experience creating and monitoring email marketing campaigns
* Content Management System (CMS) highly preferred - Joomla, WordPress, etc.
