Description

The Senior Program Manager, Preclinical Research has overall responsibility and accountability for management, supervision and direction of Program Management staff. Responsible for the coordination of daily activities of the studies assigned, as well as ensuring that the required materials/supplies and information are available when needed. Assists the responsible Study Director s in ensuring the requirements/tasks of the respective protocols and the execution of the actions/milestones called out in the corresponding project plan are achieved.

The ideal candidate will ahve a minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience in research. Bachelor of Science or Engineering is preferred. Minimum of 3 to 5 years as a project or program manger, preferably in medical research or product development. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of product development or research work as a scientist or engineer preferred. Is competent and can demonstrate experience in the use of one or more project management software applications, e.g. Microsoft Project.
