CraigHlist Management was started by Craig Hlistovich with the goal of giving small and medium sized businesses the tools and skills necessary to compete in the modern economy. With advanced software management and team of dedicated consultants, CraigHlist Management is one of the leaders in business consulting, ERP software, and software administration.

We are currently looking for 12 people to fill the position of Data Entry Specialist and we are looking for people immediately.

Title of Position: Data Entry Specialist

Description of Position: As a Data Entry Specialist, your job will entail working with several consultants and aiding them in their everyday tasks. You will be working in a friendly environment with trained staff and a team of people just like yourself. As part of your job description, you will have to input data into spreadsheets and excel worksheets, categorize and properly file data that our consultants provide you, finalize billing payments from our clients, manage and monitor client accounts, and be part of a collective decision making team. All training will of course be provided. Tasks will start from basic data inputting duties to more analytical aspects such as talking to clients, facilitating conference calls and even interpreting quarterly client performances if you choose to endeavor in those fields. We offer an array of advancement opportunities and your success at this company is solely dependent on what you bring forth.

Because of the nature of the job, we do offer the option of working remotely. You can work from home if you choose to. All employees that work from home must have a strong sense of self motivation and be able to work in an unsupervised environment.

Skills / Requirements
Requirements of Candidate:
• Be able to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Work well in a team while being able to work independently
• Speak fluent English and read and write in English
• Is a responsible individual who works hard to complete the task at hand

Compensation: A base pay of $18 an hour will be paid on a bi-weekly basis with incremental increases every 3 months.

Benefits: All full time employees will be issued a standard BlackBerry 8520 as well as being covered under the company HMO plan. Part time employees will receive minimal coverage.

Part Time and Full Time: We are looking for both part time and full time employees. All part time employees must commit to at least 12 hours a week.
