Data Integration QA Lead - Analysis, Planning, Strategy!

Senior-level Data Integration/Data Analyst Lead position with leading Atlanta organization. Databases are Oracle and SQL Server, but other than relational database principles, the exact database is not that important. This project will involve analysis, strategy, conceptual design, test planning, and putting all in motion. This mainly involves data integration, data transformation, and data conversion. NO UI work to speak of. You will set up and design the testing to ensure business rules are applied and interpreted correctly as data moves across the net, through data staging, event handlers, and back to Websites. Test data will need to be planned and created. You will test data, harnesses, and will also build test tools manually (with scripting, VBA, etc.) that will automate some of the testing. Data will come from literally hundreds of source files so there is a huge number of data sets. You will lead a small team as well, but this position is more about analysis, testing strategies, setting up entire testing environment, and ensuring data integrity. Required Experience
* Data Analyst Lead - Data Integration Expert is required
* Strong experience testing accuracy of data integrity and transformation when business rules are applied is needed
* Solid demonstrated experience performing analysis and then developing concepts and testing strategies needed
* Good experience developing automated test scripts for data integration testing is required
* Very strong RDBMS knowledge and understanding required
* Oracle and SQL Server knowledge preferred
* Excellent communication skills are needed for this position
* Experience testing requirements for hosted systems or packaged solutions preferred
