- Experience in a hospital environment preferred The Patient Services Associate provides clerical and customer services to short stay surgery patients under the supervision the RN Team Leader. Acts as a unit receptionist, responsible for clerical and secretarial functions as well as positive customer services required. Works as an interdepartmental liaison and serves as a public relations representative. Performs other duties as directed.

High-school education or equivalent required. One year minimum previous hospital clerical experience preferred. Advanced computer knowledge
- must be able to demonstrate knowledge on keyboard, function keys, use of mouse, ability to maneuver icons, open and close Window programs. Demonstrate ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
