The Refund Specialist is responsible for coordinating the refund/credit balance reconciliation process for all payor teams. Additional responsibilities include reviewing incoming correspondence and phone inquiries relating to refunds, verifying the accuracy of refunded check amounts, and reviewing the reasons credit balances were created. POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR REFERRAL PROGRAM

HS diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years HOSPITAL PATIENT ACCOUNTS experience with a focus on MEDICARE and MEDICAID BILLING and COLLECTIONS.
