As the Nursing Supervisor on our Medical Observation/Oncology Unit, you will assist and direct other nursing professionals in areas such as assessment and diagnosis. In addition as the Supervisor you will plan, organize and assign staff appropriately according to their skill level and patient needs. This position works closely with the Clinical Manager, other Shift Supervisors as well as the PSC/Clinical Coordinator to keep them abreast of significant events or problems. POSITION ELIGIBLE FOR REFERRAL

Current State of Georgia Registered Nursing License. Minimum of three years (3) Years clinical experience in related field such as Medical Surgical/Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit with current validation in the area of specific skills. Charge Nurse or Previous Management experience preferred. BLS/ACLS required.
