    Small and nimble tech agency in Decatur, GA works exclusively for F100 client and prides itself on having really really smart people, who require little to no supervision, and who enjoy the challenge of working in a zero-defect environment. Be part of a small team that works in a very relaxed environment while creating applications for this blue chip client. This individual will be responsible for:

    • Managing email box for client’s business clients as well as employees with technical issues
    • Able to move through a software application to trouble shoot
    • Professionalism, including written or oral communication, is critical
    • Career path to be trained in project management

    Qualifications:

    • College degree not required, provided experience speaks for itself
    • 2 – 3 years of experience in customer service / help desk/ troubleshooting
    • Computer literate: MS Office, PC and/or MAC environments. Especially capable in Excel
    • Extremely organized and detail oriented
    • Extremely friendly, thoughtful, articulate and polite. Not afraid to ask for help before committing to next step
