We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Infrastructure Manager to join our diverse team in Atlanta. The Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the leadership and management of AJC’s global Infrastructure. This includes all aspects of systems administration, security, servers, networking, telephony, video conferencing, mobile, desktops, and helpdesk support.

To be considered for this role we require:
-10+ years working in an infrastructure engineering and architectural role for a multi-site company.
-5+ years’ experience managing/leading engineers and technical support staff members.
-Ability to manage teams and develop effective relationships with multi-functional groups.
-Experience managing and negotiating contracts for telecommunication and network services.
-Ability to communicate at the CxO level.
-Experience managing departmental budgets.
-Project management experience.
-Experience developing and enforcing security and best practices policies and procedures.
-Experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Servers, VM Ware, Citrix, Cisco, and VoIP platforms.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience.
-Masters in Information Systems or Business desired.
-Windows and Linux servers, VMware, Citrix, Exchange2010, Symantec, Cisco call manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Router/Switches/Firewalls, Netapp, Logrythm
