Job Description


The Director of Partner Relations is responsible for managing the content vendor relationships of CoStar’s marketplace businesses. This role is responsible for sourcing third-party data feeds and managing the content relationships with Property Management Companies, Property Management Software Vendors and residential MLS’s and Brokers.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute the business development strategy for all content partner relationships

 Lead a team of 3 to 5 tasked with sourcing and maintaining content partnerships

 Co-ordinate and attend in-person meetings with content vendors as required

 Oversee all vendor content relationships including contract negotiations, pricing and evaluation of current and potential partnerships

 Act as the Key Account Manager for the top PMS, MLS and Broker relationships, negotiating content agreements and maintaining quarterly contact

 Build and lead a team of business development specialists focused on content acquisition, customer service and technical support. Foster open communication, transparency and the highest level of integrity, trust and collaboration

 Complete regular coaching and ride-along sessions with team members

 Manage partner relations budgets including forecasting, planning, tracking and reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

 Proven leadership ability and extensive business development experience

 Strong business acumen and ability to articulate and execute corporate strategy

 Demonstrated success of building strong, cohesive teams by leading and motivating towards action/execution through influence and collaboration

 Results orientated and the ability to run a metrics driven operation

 Financial awareness and experience of working within budgets

 Highest level of communication, information and transparency

 Experience of change management and ability to adapt quickly in a technology led environment

 Bachelor degree is required, Masters degree is preferred
