The Estimation Solution Architect (Sr. Analyst) is a member of the RxClaim development team. This role will support the delivery of quality solutions and estimations to our business partners. You will partner with an Advisor Solution Architect to define technical solutions that deliver the business benefit and meet the business need. You will ensure that the solution and estimation follow our current technical architecture and roadmap. You will lead estimation efforts by working collaboratively with both technical and business partners across the organization.

We're looking for a self-motivated team member with an assertive drive that thinks strategically and is a creative problem solver. You should possess superb communication and presentation skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical project partners. Excellent risk assessment and problem resolution skills are key in this fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

As the Estimation Solution Architect:

- You will partner with an Advisor Solution Architect to develop the technical solution across the IT organization.
- You will support ensuring that the best solution is selected, and present the solution and estimate to leaders.
- Make recommendations on build vs buy decisions.
- You will deliver accurate and timely project estimations. Your activities will include leading and facilitating multi-functional meetings, creating appropriate documentation, and obtaining estimation resource assignment for impacted applications.
- You will engage impacted teams as appropriate, create/manage/update the BEG estimation template, ensure appropriate reviews and deliver the estimate through our AAA process.
- Be accountable for the integrity of the estimate.
- You will triage, handle, communicate and resolve estimation issues.
- You will maintain relationships with business leaders and IT partners.

Required Qualifications
- Combination of at least 3 years experience in technical project management, project owner experience or software development
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle/SDLC, SCRUM, AGILE and XP delivery methods. Experience working with at least 1 of the 4 is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently while meeting delivery dates.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading project teams effectively and leading technical discussions.
- Experience in Healthcare Industry or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management)

Education
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science required or related disciplines. Will accept High School Diploma / GED with one year of relevant work experience for every year of college not completed in addition to required years of experience.
