Deloitte Services LP is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Deloitte Insights audience development team, within Research and Insights. The main role of this professional will be to assist the Deloitte Insights audience development lead with the execution of a multi-channel content deployment strategy for Deloitte Insights publications. A key responsibility of the role will be managing the data analytics, measurement, and reporting for Deloitte Insights. Deloitte Insights is Deloitte's publishing imprint for business research and insights. It publishes 300 reports and periodicals annually, including print, online, interactive, infographics, podcasts, and videos intended to inform Deloitte clients and prospective clients on business issues across industries/sectors.
Candidate should have a demonstrated track record of leveraging innovative techniques to create impactful campaigns and programs. The ability to quickly understand how to access resources across the firm to enhance execution and expand our impact is also critical (Strategic Marketing Planners and Campaign Managers within Market Development, Experience Delivery, Value Delivery, authors, Research & Insights Centers, Communications, Deloitte Insights designers and editors, etc.). Demonstrated expertise in working with digital analytics and reporting and deploying content and thought leadership through multiple internal and external marketing channels (e.g.; email, social media, PR, paid promotions, Dbriefs, US/global Deloitte.com, print distribution) is required.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Work with the Deloitte Insights audience development lead and team to manage the rollout of publications/content to target audiences using data-informed insights.
Manage the analytics and data reporting for Deloitte Insights. Regularly review and analyze readership and engagement data of Deloitte Insights content.
Draw insights from the data to help inform marketing programs, editorial content, and web site features.
Produce/oversee development of regular reports including weekly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and campaign-specific reporting for leadership and key stakeholder groups.
Serve as primary point of contact for analytics-related inquiries from marketing and author teams.
Oversee paid media campaigns, working with Value Delivery, brand, and marketing teams to coordinate and execute. Monitor results and provide recommendations for improving campaign performance.
Work with team on personalization, testing, and client targeting efforts using insights data to help tailor and target the Deloitte Insights web experience for visitors.
Manage and execute the external email publication alert program for Deloitte Insights including maintaining a schedule, preparing email content, and overseeing testing/final send of emails.
Participate in design, execution, and monitoring of email marketing and social media audience development campaigns, based on insights gathered from data.
Serve as Deloitte Insights representative on extended marketing teams with SMPs, and Marketing Campaign Managers for sectors, businesses, and signature themes.
Work closely with Deloitte Insights design, media, and editorial teams to develop marketing materials and related assets (e.g. Deloitte.com promos, SEO research, etc.)
Write social media content for Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google and work with the Deloitte Insights social media lead to schedule content through global Deloitte social channels and the Ambassador Corps program.
Work with marketing colleagues globally to further promotion of Deloitte Insights content.

Qualifications include the following:
4-year college degree, preferably in marketing/communications or other related discipline
4 - 5 years of prior relevant experience in digital content marketing and data analysis
Excellent written and oral communication, and organizational skills
Strong content marketing writer, capable of creating taglines, memorable headlines, and teasers
High proficiency with MS Excel including executing VlookUps, Macros, etc.
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics a plus
Professional client service manner and ability to interact with all levels of leadership
Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive
Detail-oriented, with excellent project management and follow-through skills
Team-oriented individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
Cultural awareness and experience working with non-US-based colleagues
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work under tight deadlines
Experience working remotely with a national team is a plus
