• Oversees and manages client project engagements including leading and/or contributing to the planning, management, and successful completion of projects.
• Utilizes financial knowledge to identify and resolve client issues.
• Assists in solving strategic issues requiring analysis skills and valuation modeling.
• Performs reviews of reports and presentations to ensure the highest quality.
• Communicates business improvement opportunities.
• Assists with client presentations.
• Develops and maintains business development leads and builds and manages client relationships.
• Works closely with PYA’s executive management team.

• Advanced healthcare or valuation credential preferred, or pursuit of an advanced credential.
• 2+ years in healthcare and/or valuation industry, including prior compensation consulting experience.
• Physician compensation planning and formula development expertise desired.
• Healthcare experience specific to hospital and physician practice economic alignment models, desired.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
• Expertise in business processes and project management.
• Excellent documentation, records retention, and work paper organizational skills.
• Must be detail oriented, flexible, and responsive.
• Client-oriented work ethic, delivering high quality results.
• Person of sound judgment, that can manage risks effectively.
