You will increase customer satisfaction, delivering value to customers,through timely, professional, and compelling proposals for products andservices in the travel and transportation industry. By doing so, you will helpus retain and grow our existing customer base, in addition to transforming newprospects into customers. You will be the prime interface for sales andcustomers on commercial and technical matters.

Youwill be the primary contributor and owner of the assembly of small to mediumsize bids, bridging technical, professional services, and commercial components.You will work closely with internal groups to build and approve solutions, aswell as ensuring their successful transition into delivery and operations. Youwill validate, select, scrutinize, assemble, review, and seek approvals for variouscomponents of the bid as part of small orders, unsolicited proposals, and RFPresponses. These components will include the technical design, bill ofmaterials, professional delivery services, support model and associated maintenanceservices. Related to these activities, you will support account managers duringsite surveys, customer presentations, and contract negotiations as required.

You area self driven individual who will be responsible and take accountability. You willlearn quickly on your own and on the job, with support of other team members. Youwill garner strong air transport industry knowledge, customer businessprocesses, general information technology trends and advancements, as well asinternal product knowledge. You will establish and maintain a good workingrelationship with internal and external customers, and engage with both, toobtain a better understanding of their requirements and preferences in order totailor and deliver a technical solution, within their risk tolerance and pricethresholds.



  • You will have an inquisitive nature, the ability to learn quickly, and adesire to make an impact for the company and to help others.

  • You will be able to clearly communicate in as little detail, or as muchdetail as the audience demands.

  • You will be equally comfortable in technical and commercial discussions.

  • You will manage bid schedules accordingly, to meet committed or imposed timeframes.

  • You will interact with individuals at all levels including key decisionmakers and be able to influence stakeholders.

  • You are a problem solver, who innovates new ideas and offers suggestionsand improvements.

  • Backgrounds in information technology, structured thinking, servicedelivery and customer support practices, knowledge of the air transportindustry.

  • A degreeor equivalent experience with these backgrounds is required.

MUST BE: Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
