CribMaster™, provides inventory control solutions through advanced software, innovative vending hardware, Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) and customer services to manufacturing, distribution, government and service industries for managing indirect inventory (tools, spare parts, MRO, etc.). CribMaster ( ties fast and reliable tool crib or store room transactions to a powerful system of inventory control.  The system provides critical data to manage consumable and durable inventory, reduce the risk for lost or misplaced tools, and provide critical data to business leaders to reduce risk of tools being lost or left behind, reduce costs and increase productivity.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of the digital marketing and merchandising strategy to support the global CribMaster business. The Digital Marketing Manager is the lead digital marketing strategist and has ownership of the development and implementation of an integrated, omni-channel B2B digital strategy that supports marketing and business objectives. In this role, you will apply your expertise to generate leads and drive revenue -- from strategy to development, launch, measurement and optimization.
Essential Job Functions
Strategy Development
  • Lead the research, creation and implementation of an integrated digital marketing strategy for the CribMaster business, including the development of a digital customer funnel that describes how we will capture leads and nurture them through conversion.
  • Lead the development of a B2B email strategy that nurtures new leads and keeps our brand top-of-mind for existing customers, ensuring the right content goes to the right audience at the right time. This includes developing acquisition strategies, list segmentation, and a/b testing where appropriate.
  • Develop and manage a monthly e-newsletter that keeps our business top-of-mind with our customers.
  • Lead large-scale web projects, including the development of a new website, using best practices and insights from Google Analytics to ensure an optimal customer experience and performance.
  • Develop a social media strategy for both organic and paid content that builds CribMaster’s credibility as a thought leader in industrial vending and generates leads.
  • Collaborate and contribute on a Salesforce lead routing and lead scoring process, in alignment with Sales, IT and Marketing.
  • Challenge our current process and recommend new strategies and tactics where possible to improve performance of our digital channels.
  • Proactively identify areas to seek external agency support and act as main point-of-contact with agencies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of our digital marketing investments
  • Execute all tactical elements of digital plan, including creation of email templates and content, creating and updating website content, and creating and posting social media posts.
  • Support new product launches through tailored launch plans that generate awareness and interest among our key audiences.
  • Lead all Digital Marketing components of our annual User Conference, including advertising, attendee communication and engagement and post-conference follow-ups.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all digital marketing initiatives across web, mobile, email, and social owned properties.
  • Ensure all our digital efforts comply with privacy and data laws including GDPR and CCPA.
Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns through relevant, industry-standard KPIs such as open rates, engagement rates, bounce rates, CPL, etc. Recommend and implement optimizations to campaigns as needed based on performance.
  • Report on campaign performance to business leaders, including actionable insights and optimization plans.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Customer-first mindset
  • 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrable experience with B2B lead generation techniques, including email, social, SEO and SEM
  • Keen ability to understand business and marketing objectives and develop an integrated, cross-functional digital marketing strategy encompassing social, email, website, SEO and SEM
  • Demonstrable experience with B2B social media tactics, with a focus on LinkedIn
  • Demonstrable experience with B2B email marketing (Pardot a plus)
  • Working knowledge of enterprise content management systems (Drupal a plus)
  • Excellent grasp of KPIs across digital channels, including web, social, email and PPC 
  • Strong project management/organizational skills required
  • Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal with staff, colleagues and customers
  • Experience with and proven track record of leveraging metrics to guide campaign efficiency
  • Independent, creative self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly inquisitive, resourceful and proactive
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute details on-time and on-budget
