SBD is seeking a Senior Analyst who will be working on strategic projects, working with business leaders to make their mission a success, achieve company objectives and enhance business capabilities.  The person in this role will manage diverse stakeholders with multiple functions related to innovative new business initiatives to deliver Margin Expansion.

Essential Job Functions
 
  • Execute program roadmaps, consistently evaluating progress and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements and/or costs
  • Develop and maintain processes for managing intake, prioritization, planning execution and close-out of key business initiatives (including metrics that demonstrate measurable progress toward KPIs and delivery of work)
  • Understand basic revenue models, P/L and cost-to-completion projections to ensure projects are managed and delivered within budget
  • Assist in developing business cases, initiatives, features, stories or other required documents applying best practice methodologies and enforcing standards
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and scope, ensuring project documentation is complete, current and stored appropriately
  • Report findings by creating useful and appropriate data outputs and visualizations tailored for intended audiences
  • Identify dependencies across all delivery teams and ensure teams are in sync; remove barriers, communicate and escalate as required in order to hold teams accountable to make and meet commitments
  • Manage program schedule, budget, quality and risks, coordinating across multiple businesses and regions, serving as main point of contact
  • Utilizing change management techniques and processes, help drive program delivery across the organization
 
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years program and/or project management experience within consumer products, consulting or construction preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.  PMP certification a plus
  • Experience coaching within organizations on transformational change programs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to quickly establish credibility with senior executives and manage stakeholder expectations accordingly
  • Ability to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks concerning program deployment
  • Experience navigating within dynamic businesses and ambiguous environments
  • Deep skills in MS Office and MS Project tool suites
